High-Volume Liquid Filling Machine

The Lancing UK LU-CL6T Automatic Liquid Filling Machine is built for high-volume, precision filling of liquids ranging from 500ml to 5000ml. Featuring six servo-driven magnetic pumps and a 320L storage tank with automatic level detection, it ensures consistent flow and accurate dosing. Bottles are positioned by a stopper and gripper system, while the servo-controlled filling heads descend for precise dispensing. A drip tray prevents spills, and the PLC interface allows easy adjustment of filling parameters. Ideal for chemical, cosmetic, and food-grade liquid packaging, this machine supports up to 42 bottles/min with ±1% accuracy. This automatic vertical filling machine is designed for efficient and precise filling of various liquids. Equipped with a powerful upper material pump and a storage tank with automatic level detection, it ensures a stable and continuous supply of material. The filling process is controlled by 6 independent servo motor-driven magnetic pumps, each corresponding to a filling head. The machine features a servo motor-controlled lifting mechanism for the filling heads, allowing for precise positioning and accurate filling. The conveyor belt transports bottles to the filling station, where they are held in place by the bottle stopper and gripper mechanism. The filling head descends and dispenses the desired amount of liquid, then retracts. A drip tray prevents spills, and the bottle stopper releases the filled bottle, which is then conveyed away. The PLC control system allows for easy setting and adjustment of filling volume. Additionally, the storage tank is equipped with a spray nozzle for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
