Plan the application before selecting equipment
Packaging machinery needs more than a clear rectangle on a layout. Show the footprint, opening guards and doors, operator positions, material replenishment, product-contact access, cleaning routes, reject removal, maintenance clearances and finished-pack handling.
Check the delivery route from the unloading point to the final position. Record door widths and heights, turns, floor changes, lifts, overhead restrictions and the method available for offloading and positioning.
Confirm utilities by rating, connection point and quality. Voltage, phases, frequency, isolation, compressed-air pressure and quality, extraction, drainage, water, network and product-feed arrangements depend on the selected equipment and site standards.
