Define product support, surface, guides, speed, loading and cleaning
Belt conveyors can carry boxes, bags, bottles and components, but belt surface, width, guide design and speed range must suit the product. Flexible or hot packs, oily containers and high-centre-of-gravity products need specific support and transfer attention.
Provide pack dimensions, weight, orientation, contact surface, loading method and required accumulation. The layout should include working height, access, supports, sensors and interfaces.
