Flat-surface labelling selection
Control pack presentation, label position, adhesion and coding on boxes, cards, pouches and flat containers
Flat-surface labelling can be applied to boxes, cards, lids, pouches and flat-sided containers, but the presentation method differs. Flexible packs may need support, boxes may vary in height or squareness, and cards may need friction or vacuum feeding.
Production labels and packs should be supplied, including normal print, varnish, surface and dimensional variation. Define top, side or corner position and whether the label bridges an edge or carries variable data.
For pouches, use the pouch guide; for print-and-apply, define data, trigger, verification and reject handling.
