Bottle unscrambler selection

Match bulk bottle behaviour, orientation, release and downstream spacing to the real container

Bottle unscramblers reduce manual loading by taking bulk containers and presenting them consistently. Shape, stiffness, neck, base, handle, finish and tendency to nest or scuff determine the mechanism and storage method.

A production sample quantity is needed to observe bulk behaviour. A few hand-placed bottles do not show nesting, bridging, static or the effect of refilling the hopper.

Define required orientation, release spacing, downstream accumulation and safe clearing. Use the integration guide to connect ready, fault and stop states.
