Continuous band Sealing

Continuous band sealers move a filled bag through heated bands, so material, sealant layer, thickness, product weight and top support affect the result. The bag should enter flat with a clean seal area and enough headspace.

Use the pouch guide to review dosing contamination, coding and finished-pack handling. Heavy or unstable bags may need supported conveying and guides.

Trial the production bag and product, then use the customer’s accepted seal test rather than a generic temperature setting.
