Trigger sprayer capping application planning
Review dip tubes, orientation, container support and finished-pack handling
Trigger sprayers combine a closure, actuator and long dip tube, so feeding and application depend on more than thread size. Tubes can tangle, heads require orientation and the container must remain stable while the closure engages.
Use the chemical and household guide and the bottle application to connect filling, capping and labels.
Provide normal production triggers and define whether head orientation relative to a label or handle is part of acceptance.
